I have the Eibach (sp) rear 20mm on my 2004 cupra and lowered on coilovers in my opinion the handlings ten times better (not sure what it would be like without the coilovers on). the stance of the rear looks so much better now the wheels actually feel the arch with the spacer

hit 31k today on way back from volksworld. had it 2 yrs in sept my cupra and i have probably done about 6k in that time.

I have mine fitted with a pipercross panel filter, and i can not hear any difference from the standrad original valve. More responsive though on acceleration.
