I've had a 5dr 1.4 FR on order since the first week of August. Delivery planned for November, but have been warned that it may slip to December. Erm, yeah, me too, 20 years at it. mainly Brands, but been afar as Korea and the Middle East Just remember it's all voluntary, so when I did Canadian or the American GPs I still had to pay to get there and find my own accomodation. Still loved doing it tho. For Thruxton a good place to start...
  6. another air con question

nah, the OP works in the trade and is a bit far from Kent. FWIW, the guys at Vehvac were a bit embarassed when they found out the price of the compressor. Its a standard VAG bit, emphasis on the A Bugger to fit too by all accounts, but any owner of a 130TDi won't be surprised to hear that.
  7. another air con question

You have now - my 52 plate TDi Sport's compressor went last summer. Gas levels were still good enough. Wifey works for AC specialist - the replacements are not cheap even if you get them cost. Guy that fixed it still bought the car off me 3 months ago tho'

  13. Cupra TDI rear screen washer problem

MikeO, it seems to be. First came on Friday night, drove for maybe 5 miles with it on, no real discernable difference - until I parked it up, when it felt a bit heavier. Restart 10minutes later - no warning light. Same scenario Saturday, but nothing Sunday. Anyway, doing a search ,which...
