I think Leon is a great car in the snow. Obviously you need tires that are fit for purpose. I have Nokian Hakkapeliitta 7, which are top of the class for northern europe (with studs). I dont have any problems driving in the snow with them and the ride height is no problem either. Dont know about...

I usually get 480 miles with my 1.4 TSI, mixed city/town with urban. Best has been bit under 600 miles driving like granny.

Atleast my Titleist mens clubs wont fit without folding the back seat :( Like said earlier, its easier to toss em to back seat :P

I wish, but the finnish law and mot is very strict and remaps are pretty much illegal here. Basically if you crash the insurance company can void any kind of duty to pay damages. Also the mot states that remap is same thing as "changing" engine. So nah, I think im not gonna remap :)

Not much. Probably some B&W theme with LCR bits. Might get the summer wheels resprayed and do some upgrades for the audio.

Hello all. After having Ibiza FR 1.8T mk4 for 5 years I decided that I need 5 doors, more MPG and it wouldnt hurt to have smaller insurance and tax costs so I decided to go for 1.4TSI and havent regretted it. Some of you may bash about the fact that it is "fake" FR, but over here in Finland...

No offence taken. I ended up taking the 1.4TSI due the price and fuel economy. 1.4TSI FR with the equipment I chose to buy cost me 21.5K£ here in Finland and 2.0 TSI manual with the same equipment would have been 26K£. Big difference in my opinion. Fuel prices and the tax you have to pay from...
