Ok so im adjusting the rears-to lower is it from left to right or from right to left? Is it same either side or opposite?

yeh a mate had a R26 and he now has the .R, obviously the .R is insanely good but even the R26 was like a cartoon in the bends!

garage checked it and said all is tight, unless they just said that as they didnt wanna have to take it all apart and solve it etc, but doubt it. Theres a nut on shock absorbers which are known for being loose so will check that tomorrow. Other than that maybe anti roll bar-can this be checked...

Yeh maybe. Bushes are shot all over i think, need sorting at some point. Maybe a stupid question, but to adjust the rear, does the car need to be jacked up? Or can it be done just parked up by lying on your back etc?

Please can someone, in a simple way, explain how flooring it below 2k etc causes wear to the clutch? I didnt think it could as long as you'd let the clutch up etc as it's no longer engaged, sorry for being a noob!

That with adjusters in still? How far from bottom or is that as low as it goes with them still in? Thanks

Guys how do you adjust the rear coilovers? Jack car up, presumably have to take off the wheel. Then do you just use the provided spanner to adjust the blue collar? Without looking is there just 1 collar there (ie-its therefore obvious what to adjust)? Help please!
