What do you mean by beaded? The silcone is 5 ply i think, and it all copes, well it boosts to 30psi, and has done for 6 hard laps of the ring and had no problems!:)

Been looking on the FAQs for half hour and not found much info, so can you give me your opinions. I am looking for coilovers, i want better track performance, not bothered about ride height but a little lower always helps. Not to fussed about price within reason, for the right set up anyway...

I didnt need to remove fogs to fit FMIC, its only a little bit to cut out the bumper, i no its a lot cheaper option, and i suppose it depends how far you are wanting to go. Will be interesting to see some logs on vag-com before and after.

I cant see there being much benifit by putting an alloy intercooler on thats look very much the same size as the standard one. Why do you not just go for a front mounted?

Here are some pics of when i had mine in bits, I basically pulled the vents to bits, cut a ring out of mdf to fit into the vent and put gauge in. You get the idea when you start to pull the vent to bits. Hope that helps a bit anyway! :)

I have a mk 4 Ibiza TDi 130, it had a water cooled egr, but its gone now! Race pipe fitted, The EGR on my PD engine combined, what i think is called an antishudder valve, basically a flap thats supposed to shut when you stop the engine, but mines been fine without it!

The PD160 cupra air intake is it the same as the petrol, havent seen the petrol 1 but i might have the chance of 1! Any 1 no?

Nearly up to date now, turbo all fitted and car running ok. Next thing on my list is replace all standard IC pipes with after market ones. along with fitting an EGR delete pipe. Top end Bottom end Oh and fitted a green pannel filter.
