Both 288 (PD140) and 312 (GTI, PD170) brakes use the same callipers, all you need are new calliper carriers, new discs and new pads (I would recommend Ferodo DS Performance). Braided hoses, uprated fluid are also good idea. You don't need much more in TDI ;)

No. Cupra R, Cupra and even petrol FR rear brakes are the same. S3, Golf R or R32 have bigger ones (310mm vented vs 286mm solid).

2) I've 205/50 R17 winter tires with standard FR 17's. Such setup looks and handles much better then any 16's and is much cheaper then 18's.

Are these spacers hub centric? If yes do they fit on rear axle without any problems?

Does it also appears while suddenly pushing/releasing gas pedal? If yes that's probably torque mount.

That's normal after disconnecting battery. Just drive tens of meters and the warning lights should disappear (unless you damaged something).

Rather diesel, it would be quite good mpg for petrol FR. I get the same in my PD FR.

Actually tyre rotation is recommended by Leon manual. I do it regularly so there is no big difference in tread depth between both pairs.

Remap is the only thing worth doing without DPF removal. And maybe short shifter if your car is manual.

All OEM SEAT wheels (and most VAG ones) use same type of bolts (nuts are for studs AFAIK).

Anyone knows the part number for the bonnet lining?

S3/Cupra R shortshifter (8J0711046B) costs about 20-30£, takes 15 minutes to install, makes gear change a bit nicer (especially 5th and 6th are noticeably shorter) and as OEM part won't cause any problems.
