From looking at the picture I'd say to get that look you'd need coilovers. The lowest you'd get from springs alone on the FR would be around 30mm.

Unsure which kit we recommended but I'd say for around that budget, lowering springs would be a better option as long as your dampers are in good condition. What kind of drop were you looking for?

AP don't do a specific springs and shocks kit for the Cupra model. ST, which is also owned by KW like AP, offer a 10mm kit and 20mm kit -

For £800 you'll definitely be able to get a good springs and shocks kit that will be an upgrade to what you have that's for sure.
The ST kit is a good option and one of our best selling springs and shocks kits but a little firmer than the Koni Special Active and Eibach Pro springs combination I...
-Avoid cheap coilovers in my opinion, the likes of the Stance+, JOM and alike are all made in the same Chinese factory and just sprayed a different colour.
-If you want a similar ride and height to what you have then you could upgrade the dampers to something like the Koni Special Active or...
With the FR being lowered from factory, you need to take off around 15mm from any quoted drop. Meaning the Eibach Pro springs would give you around a 20mm/15mm drop and the Eibach Sportline springs would give you around a 30mm/25mm drop...
