My car was getting work done last week at a local garage and the stereo (Aura CD) has lost the code. I have the full service history (I am the second owner) including all original booklets. Is this a 4 digit code I am looking for? There is a sticker on the back of the service book with 133...

local garage sorted it for me - 1 hrs labour (£42 inc VAT) although that included for re-setting the engine warning management light too! All that was wrong was the solenoid wire - replaced the connection - sorted!

the battery connections seem fine - car is booked in for tomorrow! cheers,

It was the sensor indeed; the car was in the stealers for the 70k service and they diagnosed this as the fault. All sorted; thanks for all your help.

Hi folks, My temperature gauge is staring to play up a bit, going up and down very eraticaly - faulty sensor? The heater etc is all fine and not overheating!

probably about then- i did not really pay it too much attention. rather than 'drumming' i would describe it as a 'humming' which probably becomes obvious about 40 mph and continues from there all the way up to 70..............:)

I have been running Toyo Proxes (T1R's) all round for a year or so now. At about 45k miles, the car was humming on the motorway which made me think wheel bearings. At the 50k service the dealer checked the wheel bearings and said they were fine. They put the noise down to worn pads which were...

mine had a faulty boot lock caused by a leaking rear wash wipe.... managed to get it repaitred under warranty.

all standard, checked the othertwoand they are fine. the middle one has always been full of condensaton.

as above, my middle light only comes on very faintly - any idea ?
