I did mate thank you, just pulled it off and checked you was correct it's about 8mm so I've ordered some 8mm and 9mm silicone tube.

It's at the back of the engine, but make sure there's no gas in there 1st as someone has alre It's at the back of the engine bay. But make sure its empty of gas 1st.

Hi, when mine was like this I replaced the aircon pressure switch and that solved it.

I put a couple of cable ties on it where it has split as I was far away from home and I didn't hear the noise on the return journey when I parked up. You think that will be OK to do as the original pipe has ridges? Thanks for the reply

I've been trying to find the replacement pipe all morning after you told me what it was called with no joy. :( The pipe that's spit is the 1 with the arrows on it, and not the main 1 which looks like the pic you have posted. Any ideas apart from the stealer where I can get the part from?

Thanks for the reply. It sounds like a quite alarm not a clicking noise. I've never heard it before I've had the car since 2008. The pipe/hose is split at the top arrow. I have put a video of the noise on you tube please have a listen. Thanks again..

Hello Mate, When I had a problem with 1 of mine I bought these. Ive had no problems with them. Benchmark Performance Ignition Coil Packs Set x4 search that on ebay. Be careful when replacing them as i managed to snap a couple of clips but its not the end of the world.
