It is from that area, sounds costly as it's a tapping sound which means there's a gap somewhere or a bearing.

Bot as bad now. Drove yesterday and it didn't sound as bad. Will look again later. I have checked all hoses in the bay and they all seem to be in place and not much play in the rubber ones. Probably a bearing, something costly knowing my luck at the minute. ED

Sounds like it is, where are the hoses and where can I get the clips from? I guess they are behind the engine on the left side, or possibly underneath, which would be bottom cover off and sort out. Am I right or way of the mark? ED
