I am wondering what will be better, Resonated or non Resonated i am planning to buy a full system with sports-cat from milltek. I dont want it to be too loud with worries of cops getting on to me everytime i drive by :D

hmm, what figures are you talking about ? and i mean without bigger bores and such :) what is huge ? with a turbo it would be huge yeah 350ish easy but other than that not so huge

i treid it once now, little hesitation of trying it again.. my car did not blow off properly without the n249 fitted, it sounded like it had vaccuum in it and no blow off sound. Tested it with the 007 and the synapse...

BTW i just saw this post was adressed to me, did not thought so because you where talking about a BOV. The Synapse BOV is also mountable as a Divertervalve :D thats what i did. in the bottom u can get a extra flange with the excact measurment of the VAG hoses. when people use them as BOV...

do guys have any links on where you bought the hoses and T splitters ? i am thinking off taking it off the FPR now. But before i took the hose that came directly from the inlet to the n249. and it did not work that way, it was not getting enough vaccuum it seemed, like it was choking...

i found the problem guys, the previous owner had a hotshot system isntalled on the car. the pump was pumping even when the ignition was off. it was very corroded so we cut the power to that thing and everything was ok :D

by the looks of it the one i mentioned is with 90ish degree elbows the other one is with straight pipes welded togheter so it gives a better flow

yeah sorry guys its a de-cat but this would cost me only 195 euros, the full milltek would cost me 1400 euros with the race cat. this would be very easy and cheap to get more power, if it does add power. because i need to bolt back the original cat for the MOT every year !
