did they fully check the pads or did they just look at the outer pad on each side, the sensor is on the inner pad and can sometimes wear unevenly so the inner passenger pad could be worn but the others fine. Just a thought:D

Unplug the N75 valve, it will run with no boost so may need a new turbo;)
