Could be the door seal behind the door card. If you take the door card off you'll see a big metal panel that houses the speakers and other bits. The seal on this panel might have gone. It went on mine, just took the door card off and ran some silicon sealer around the metal panel. Easy enough...

If you've recently changed the top mounts then they should be fine. Did AmD quote that price? When I asked them about fitting suspension they said about £325!

£!50 is a good price, I'm assuming you are buying the springs from them? Have a look at this link: http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=247153 Dave at Seremotors will sort you out for top mounts.

How much are AmD stinging you for the springs? I did mine in 2 hours with the aid of my mates air tools and ramp. £75 his way all done.If you want I'll take you done there and we can do it. Have you got new top mounts for the suspension? Well worth doing seeing as the suspension is coming off.

Managed to fit a boost gauge & oil pressure gauge. Had the Halfrauds multi colour ones for a while and it appears the bloody oil pressure one is fooked. It works apart from the illumination, it just stays blue and won't change! Also fitting new rear discs & pads, and sprucing up the calipers...
