This is copied from another forum so may read a bit weirdly at first!
After selling my E46 M3 just over a week ago now I was on the hunt for a tidy E36 328.
A few cars popped up that I liked and I was pretty set on one car but the seller dropped out.
So the next night I went and viewed this one...
Haven't been on here in a while so thought I would come and update.
The M3 is now gone! I'm trying to save for a house so it had to go, I got a bit more done to it before selling but everything was so expensive!
I now have an E36 328 which I love.

Bit of an update, sorry these are copied from one of my other build threads so may not make sense!
Christmas has been kind to the M3.
I've got some HSD coilovers, a pair of rear 18" M3 wheels for a square set up.
And a pair of 20mm spacers on their way for the rear
Friday night me and a few...
I know it's a bit late but may help others, I had this on mine:

I only paid £40 odd so they may have shot up in price?
Since having the car (just over a week now I've had to replace the battery because it had the wrong one which was far too small and I've ordered a CSL style diffuser :)
I haven't updated for a qhile on here so I thought I would get a post up about what's changed!
Two weeks ago I decided I would put the Mx5 up for sale to see if it got any interest and it sold that night!
So that made my mind up that I would be on the Look out for an M3.
I viewed one on...
My new steering wheel arrived from Eunos Racing Developments!
It's very nice and the colour is amazing, pics really don't do it justice.
I will be getting a horn blank made and put the horn on a switch in the dash.
Maybe they're just models! :-o
They do look good together and they're both really noisy.
I've got a Takata harness at home, just waiting on my harness bar and new steering wheel to turn up, then I've just got to make my mind up on which bucket seat I want!
Thanks, it seems to be a colour used more on Jap cars.
The paint is hardening nicely so should be ready to start flatting back soon.
Some pictures from last night of my car and my mates Mk1
I thought I would update on here if anyone is interested still! :)
A lot of small bits have been done like changing wheel bolts etc,
Attended Early Edition
fitted some quick release bumper ties
washed it
Painted the rear brace Glow in the dark
Had ice cream
Fitted another asbo...
Many years ago when I had an Ibiza (about a year ago) i was running 16x8 et11 & 7
My arches were rolled a fair bit and it you're going low you will nee to modify your inner arches :)
The red one
Not the best pics but you get the idea
Would it not be easier for a body shop to just cut it out and weld a replacement bit of sheet metal in and paint it?
It gets done on MX5's all the time rather than welding slide hammers, plates etc trying to get it as straight as possible and still having to filler it probably?
