No its not screen wash as im not losing any and there is no smell. Been to the local dealers today and looked on an exploded diagram of the heater system and there appears to be a part referred to as an water drain valve at the rear of the heater element. Does anybody know what this does???

Ok thanks. was hoping to strip mine down today, unfortunatley the weather had a different idea! so gonna try again on friday. have got a new EGR gasket to replace when i do it as seen on other threads that this is recomended.

DSL130, when you said the EGR was seized was it the butterfly on the inlet or the EGR pipe? Gonna strip mine down tomorrow and see whats what!
