I actually need both a switched and a live as the camera switches modes when the switched supply goes off to a lower resolution or a timelapse mode depending on what you set and then starts the battery monitoring
Can I just install a fuse into that lower position and keep the switched one active?
Hi all
Can anyone tell me which fuse is a permanent live on the interior fusebox? I am hardwiring a dashcam which has a permanent and switched wire, I've already found the cigarette lighter for the switched fuse but I want to use the permanent feed as well to record when the car is locked...
I sold the cupra in August and I last drove it in roughly July
I think I have the only R Estate in the area though so wave if you see me, it's bright red :P
What Seat are you driving now?
It was a BMW specialist garage around the corner from me, they are used at my work for over 50 company cars so since they are very close I thought I'd give them a go rather than my usual VAG specialists as they are quite a bit further away now I've moved house. I'll PM you the name.

How embarrassing.
Anyway, still not perfect MPG but a lot better and I'd put the rest down now to short journeys.

I've not had chance check it yet, still recovering from night shifts haha, where about should I be looking for this wire? is it a bumper off job from what you said?
Yeh, haven't checked what Badger recommended yet as working nights currently (5am and 2 hours to go..), not exactly sure where to look but hopefully work it out.
Got 27mpg last tank according to Fuelly but that it was in for service and MOT so looked to have been left ticking over for an hour...
Just about to chuck some new shoes on my PD160 Ibiza 205/40/17. Thinking to splash out on the Michelin PS3s over the Uniroyal Rainsport 3's due to the reports of a lot of wear and still soft sidewalls. Good idea? They're 35 more a corner... worth it?
Off current topic but where's the best place to get wheel alignment close to us? Ideally hunter system. I'm just about to buy 2 new tyres so want to get them aligned at the same place or shortly after.
