Ahh OK. Ive not noticed that but I will check when I go home from work. Seem as the sensor is cheap I will be replacing that anyway. Doesnt seem hard but need to be careful of all the coolant that is going to come out.
OK thats great. My OBD2 is saying the error is P0118 which on the VAG codes site says to replace the sensor. Seems a bit strange and rather easy. I guess I will just replace it. The temp is fine doesnt go about 90 which makes me believe its just a faulty sensor.
Hi Guys
My Coolant Temp sensor has decided to go faulty. Car seems to be telling me not to sell it. Anyway I was wondering is the sensor the same for all TDI's? Theres a 2004 SE TDI at a scrappy and I was just going to take it from that and fit it to my pd150. Would that be OK to do or does...
Why dont you have more than 1 key?
Where is your manual key?
I would call a locksmith as it would be cheaper in the long run. No need to go get a window and waste your time fitting it.
Depending on where you are theres a place in Bradford that will do it. Isnt as expesinve as you think plus you dont have to take off the turbo like most places.
Okidoki. I think my MAFis on its way out I was wondering was there any other better replacement MAF than the standard one. I heard that i could use some Merc one which is meant to be a little better and is cheaper than the standard replacement.
My car is a pd150 FR

So I went to my mates work today to see whats wrong with my car as its doing limp mode sometimes. We took the bottom protector thing off to find that there oil all over the pipes. Now the oil is on the connections of the pipes nowhere else thankfully.
