Dont think its been mentioned but either a bolt on quickshift (or make it yourself with bits and pieces - Lee will have a guide). For me, its a great mod, makes changes much nicer and snappier, and when on a bit of a blast dropping multiple gears a cinch.

There are a number of different paint codes of black (Flat, Metallic etc). Normal places are in the boot, lift up the floor mat like you were getting the spare, and there should be a sticker on the bodywork. Cant remember exactly where it is on there (You will get the VIN and other bits there...

Thanks for this - I have always read to do it on the large bolts where the wishbones bolt to the subframe, but will have to get under the car and try to find these points to compare.

As per the title peeps, have just ordered a THS dogbone mount from Awesome and after reading around, appears that I should try to replace the bolts (well, most of them) as they are stretch bolts and one time use only. So can anyone who has the appropriate access get me the partnumbers for...

Ah right - if he cant produce anything then definitely get it fully checked over... The history, or lack of it, can be an indication of how the car has been treated.

I always wonder when people quote these figures if they are using the trip computer or actually working it out. The trip computer (well, on mine and ever other mate who has a leon) is always higher than if you work it out properly. But anyway - best I've had is 408 then a fill up of 48 litres...

When you say 'Seat service history' do you mean done at main dealers, or just that there are gaps in the service history. If the former, then it might be worth seeing what that place it was. It might have been VAG specialists or the like, in which case, its not really an issue, as they would be...
