Just put a set of 19 Cades Tyrus on my LCR... Just waiting for the coilovers now..10mm spacers on front to clear brembo's and 15mm on back gives them a fair bit of poke...these are 8.5 wide et 35. 225/35/19 with a slight stretch

the 1.8 engines in these cars are designed to run a fully recirculating system so an atmospheric dump valve is the equivalent of a boost leak...

Get it scanned for fault codes, if thats an atmospheric baileys get rid of it for a recirculating one..

I've just put 19's on my lcr, 8.5j et 35 with 225/35/19 on with a slight stretch, car is already lowered 40mm, needs lowering more, still need to sort spaces out as currently 15 on front none on back, looking to put 10 on front and 15 on back..

10mm socket, couple of extensions and a knuckle and ratchet all in 1/4 inch, no need for anything else to come off, job done in about half an hour.

The pipework is the same just not described very well in the picture...forget about the cam cover not looking the same, the pipework is the same...The part that you say is split, is it the hard plastic type of pipe, not rubber or silicone, if thats the case then it is the part that is 9a...
