Do you know what mods were needed to make the intercooler fit??

Im running a yellow spring and mine has always made that fluttering sound when accelerating from low rpm in 5th and 6th. Its never caused me any grief :)

Im also intrested in this option as i want to stick to a twinpass intercooler and keep my fogs. Any info on this would be good!!

Im sure mine is from the boot area, a dry rubbery squeak possible the boot lid to the rubber???? I might put some grease around the rubber and give that a go.

Stangely when i started my car tonight i heard a buzzing from the back which appears to be the fuel pump. The car is still running fine just got the buzzing from under the back seat[:@] Anybody else had this and any idea on the price of a new one???

sounds like you may have the fins breaking up on the blower motor. they tends to break off and rub on the the blower motor housing causing you a loud noise and the vibrating.

A FMIC is going to be my next mod and was also thinking about getting one of these ebay kits aswell. Would be good to know what sort of work was involed in fitting it and the performace increase that you noticed :D

Ive already done the remap thing:) I was just curious if that screw did do anything as i read a post saying it was adjustable but wasnt convinced. Im after a FMIC next, any veiws on the best one to get?? :confused:

Just a qwicky but is the screw in the N75 valve really any type of adjustment or is it just a myth?:confused:

As ive said there isnt even any power getting down to the starter so no it doesnt even turn over.

My LC will not start if the outside temp is below say -3 degress. There is no power getting down to the starter as if a relay isnt being pulled across. As soon as it warms up abit outside it starts with no problems. I wouldnt mind as much but this is the second winter with fault and i just wanna...

I forgot to say if the body is dirty inside you will need a small paint brush to aid getting the crap off aswell as the cleaner.

I had this same problem with mine. After changing various parts but still being exactly the same the fix was to re-calibrate the throttle body. Although i has previously done this i hadnt cleaned it out first with brake/carb cleaner then re-calbrated it. Done this and has been sweet as a nut...
