Just wanted to check, if anyone knows when disconnecting the battery. Does everything just power up as normal once re-connecting? Just want to check I wont mess anything up before disconnecting.

Some good information, and sounds like some reasonable gains from the cost of this box. Dont think I would expect much more. Shame it doesnt open up the lower region. Its one thing I have spotted the lack of tuning options for the 1.5 both the 130 or 150 version. I guess the tuning companies...

They were bought for a 2007 so I would hope that they will fit, I'm in Nottingahm so is more than 40 mins. I am in York on Saturday and wil be going up/down the M1 if that is close maybe somewhere to meet up.

Hi all, Looking at getting a Leon FR soon, changing from my Ibiza FR 2.0tdi I’m just wondering whether there is much benefit in trying to find the newer 1.5 evo engine over the 1.4tsi. I would be looking at the 150hp engine in both. Then just got to decide on manual or dsg. Cheers

does the cd slot mount allow you to still have a cd in or can you not use the cd player function while using the holder.

Think I may look at costs for wrapping the grill surround and front and rear badges. Not paying £70.00 just for the surround. Anyone know someone local to Notts that does vinyl wrapping??

I cant see that been cheap to pick up, also mine is a pre-facelift so not sure the grill will fit. Think be easier to either plasti-dip or wrapped.

Hi All, Really want to have a black grill surround on my FR, as standard there chrome. What is the easiest way to achieve this? Stripping the chrome and re-spraying, wrapping, plasti-dip. I know the Cupra and Boc comes with the black grill surround but these seem hard to come by...

The 1k from Seat seems a reasonable price. The on-line places a lot of time wont to sell the plate before giving you the money for it so this could take time.
