If you've only had it two days, go back to the dealer and ask them to fix it, if you're still within your hand back period, so you can back out of the deal if the car is faulty, or repairs not forthcoming *just noticed this is from two weeks ago* 😳

Update - Battery changed and rear wheels removed to reset the handbrake. Car is still dead and sitting in the garage 😑

The eHybrid doesn't let you set a max percent charge. The built in departure time isn't that great (at least for me) I've it currently set to 8am when I depart, but have tried setting it to 9am, either way its at 100% when I set off. I think I've even tried setting it to 10am, and still found it...

I've the car set to precondition for 8am, it seemed to work this morning, but I'm sure the cabin was cold yesterday are there any other settings to use? I guess I'll see what happens tomorrow

Yes the infotainment is a bit buggy, I've had it forget the user/reset to default even though I'm on firmware 1940

That's pretty good with no charge. I thought the E-hybrid had the same engine as the Mk3 1.4 TSI, but I guess it doesn't have cylinder deactivation?

They'd probably void the warranty on the battery too if the cooling system wasn't maintaining it at the correct temperatures 😞

Cheers, yes it was at 4% when I got home, though I'm fortunate enough to live at the bottom of a hill, so can normally regen a bit down that.

Welp, just ran out of battery on the eHybrid. Parked the car up and did an event then had to drive home with no battery. Fuel economy in "petrol" mode is shocking... instantaneous fuel economy was generally sitting at 35 mpg even in steady state cruising... Coming from a Mk 3 1.4 150 bhp...

Weird mine came with a 3 pin plug and no type 2 to type 2
