Ok so basically my turbo just drops out half way throught the gear somethimes, then the car drives in a laboured standard diesel way, no smoke no noise, just have to stop, turn the engine off and re-start, all fine, however, sometimes, just sometimes when i start the car it makes a weird loud...

sweet, i've decided to go for the Weitec 40mm spring and shock package from DPM, smooth all round, then no trips to the chiropractor :lol: Just got to get final authorisation from the missus then i'll be hopefull placing the order next week! :lol:

you'll need your VIN/chasis and reg number, take them to you nearest main dealer and they're around £40...just done mine, Hope that helps... :lol:

i had the same problem, the battery seemed to have gone flat so, i went to see the guys at the local dealership and they said the buttons were knackered, a new fob is around £40.00, i wanted to get one of them new EXEO/AUDI blade keys but unfortunately they don't do them for the MK2 Toledo :(...

that maybe true, however, if the vehicle has a ARB as factory standard, which most do, it HAS to be present for an MOT throughout the UK end of really. My query would be, that if you're a mechanic, why would you knowingly do this to you vehicle, especially heating your springs, that's just...

RE: the ARB. Quote from the MOT testers manual (http://www.motuk.co.uk/manual_240.htm): 2. Check that an anti-roll bar is fitted to an axle on which it is standard. so, that means if an ARB is fitted as standard it has to be present for the MOT therefore making it legal. hope this...

apparently if you drop the front lower than 50mm on the V5 and 40mm on the TDI you're putting your sump in real danger, i've narrowed my search to a 35-40mm drop max taking into account handling, comfort and stance, the Toledo is naturally lower at the front as it has a 500 ltr boot, you fill...
