Haha it won't be going that far...when it's broken a thousand miles I'll think about a stage 1 map...300hp through the front wheels will be plenty for what has to be a daily runaround (the girlfriend will get a surprise if she ever drives it!)

I'm with Kaza on the white car/black wheels. I think it only works now on small supermini's. Jarre; I found out after it was ordered you can have any colour in the VW stable (for a price) but I would have definitely gone for Speed Blue (only available on the 'R') which is similar to Rising Blue.

It's going to be staying pretty much standard is this one (he says!). The wheels have a nice machined effect shape to them, and the colour really catches any light beautifully. Cheers guys! Kaza your Leon looks great...anymore plans for it? I was torn between white or Carbon Grey...

Most likely not to be worried about...how old are your rear tyres? As mine had the exact same symptoms as this and were eradicated with new tyres. Apparently Golf's do it too, and everything else that share's the Leon platform :D

The ED35's a little more driver focused, but still not on the same page as the Renaultsport Meganes. Mine's going to have ACC though, which tightens the suspension and quickens the steering. For me I wanted something that calms down nicely for doing the run-around driving and the GTI does it...

Take it to a specialist if you're not pretty competent with spanners I'm afraid! Hopefully it's the oil cooler. Sounds like it would be if there's no noticeable difference in power.

Biggest problem with black and white cars is that they disguise good design, and the Leon is a good looking car. White get's around this slightly at the moment as it still has the 'wow' factor of a relatively new 'fad', especially when coupled to black wheels, but it'll soon wear off :)

Placed an order on Friday for a new Golf GTI Edition 35 :D Which means that in about 15 weeks the FR550 will no longer be with me, although my brother is going to be having it, meaning it's staying in the family! Will still be lingering around reading the banter on the forum though :funk:
