I checked the arb and I adjusted the suspension so there was no rubbing, I've now got another issue in that the o/s outer cv boot had split throwing all the grease out! Perhaps this could be some of the knocking, the cv joint. Looks like I haven't cured it! Another sound I'm getting is the coil...

Probably easy, for some anyways! But here's my problem. Fitted ap coil-overs back in August 2011 and at the same time replaced the top mounts.
