Yeh, everything. I normally go to JBS or Awesome for any work but my car has FSSH and they worked out the cheapest by far for a full service, cambelt etc & MOT. Got it back yesterday, feels great! :D

When mine was standard except for CC Stage 1 my gauge showed 10/11psi, all the way through the revs. Standard is 6/7psi. On deceleration in gear it'll show -30vac. I'd take it to a tuner ASAP and get them to check, they'll be able to tell you what software it's running, what kind of map it's...

I ran a DV26 for about a 1000 miles before my car developed problems, not boosting properly, rough idling etc. No matter what type of atmospheric DV you try it won't work properly, it's been discussed a million times. If you changed the ECU then yes it will work, many cars that have 1.8T...

I thought the TCS light was linked to the MAF? I had it come on once when I had the Revo trial, high gear, low speed, high load, but it was fine once it was turned off and re-started.

Also worth checking for any fluid/coolant leaks in your engine bay mate.

That's a pretty 1/4 mile time considering I dount you're really near 160bhp with those mods. My mate had Bic's old TB'd GTi lump in his 106, RR'd at 172bhp and that did the Pod in 14 flat. That engine had £1000s spent on it, and was an animal. :D I think you'll find a Cupra a completely...

About 22psi usually at peak on k03, in 5th gear can peak 25/26psi under load! I really need a K03S, wish it could hold the boost.

Messing around with the actuator when you don't know what you're doing is a very bad idea. You're forcing more boost out of the turbo, which means more air, but is there more fuel to go with it?? In all the tuning of K03/K03s's I've seen i've never know any of the companies such as...
