Thanks. I`m not to worried about the extra power from REVO. I am more interested in improved driveability. Revo stage 1 200-210bhp, 223-243ftlbs torque. Pendle stage 1 205bhp, 280ftlbs torque. Figures taken from their websites. So looking at these numbers the Pendle map would be better, but...

As title says, anyone used them, any comments on them. Priced about the same as REVO. Lots of good reviews on T4/5 websites, just wondered if any had had their car done. Cheers.

Hi all, I`m happy with cleaning and waxing etc. My problem is the paint needs someone to go over it with a machine polisher that knows what they`re doing. Biggest problem is a patch on the bonnet that looks faded. I`m in Poole, Dorset. Thanks.

I was just about ready to book in with them and work has decided to reduce our hours by 30%. Any money saved will have to be kept for when the hours drop at the end of June as it could be up to a year before they have us back to 100%. Shame `cos I was looking forward to a bit more go.

Will get it checked out before I get the remap done, and maybe get it done as the same time.

How much are they charging and what level are you going to?

If it is a fake forge valve, does that mean it`s going to be ****? It`s been on there since I got the car about 3 1/2 years ago and I`ve had no problems.

Is this the stock dv, I cant see a part number and thought it was a black plastic one. If this is an upgrade, happy days. As I am hoping to get a remap soon I`ll get them to check it`s working ok.

Stage 2 may not happen as I usually get bored of cars pretty quick and start looking for something else. Having to drive my wifes 1.2 corsa to keep mine interesting at the moment. Hopefully stage 1 will be enough until I can afford to get something different for myself.

From the sound of things I will be better off going to vas works for the revo map. I`ll wait and see if there is a sale coming up. Got to sort the thermostat and a couple of breather hoses out before I get it done.

I`m in wallisdown. Have heard good things about vas works, but thought I would ask as £200 all in is a good price. The Kartechnic site says that the steinbauer software is NOT generic and that it is custom for your car.

It`s time for a remap. I`m looking around the area and have found kartechnic, a local german car specialist, using steinbauer software( suppliers to ac schnitzer) for £199 inc vat, or vas works, a vag specialist using revo, at about £300 plus vat. Anyone used these or have other suggestions please.

I have a obd2 Bluetooth. It works fine on my Samsung S4 using Torque, free and full versions, but I can`t find how to turn off the service light with it. Is it possible with these apps or do I need to find the thing for the milometer reset button. Cheers,

Had same problem with led sidelights, just replaced my 5amp fuse for 10 amp, no problems.

The stuff i used was about 3-4mm thick and 9-10mm across. After all this rain over the weekend my handywork has had a good test, and best of all, not a drop on the sills when i open the doors and no more water in the footwells.
