I've got a 20vt stage 2 had cone filter decat 4bar fuel regulator and revo stage 2 map. Managed 14.09 @ 103.7mph at crail. Backs seats out and spare wheel out. As said already seats make a difference in my opinion.

Beach buggy turbos is who I would recommend I'm running of his turbos.

It has it's issues but anything that wasn't expected. Just got the intakes sorted and little bits of tidying it up and then just need to get a map sorted out. But it's running good cheers. How's yours coming along ?

No problem if u ever need a hand with doing any of the work yourself just give me a shout. I personally think the 1.8t turbos are a lot softer than the desiel turbos. I've got 1.9 Pd aswell it's 130k and turbo is perfect.

Mines done 60k and turbo was fooked. With it been stage 1 extra strain on the turbo. It won't be anything serious and wouldn't worry about it now but keep an eye on it.

Blue smoke is oil bud. That's why I upgrade my turbo, the standard one was smoking when you started the car. It had a massive amount of play allowing oil past.

Sfs 80mm dan says it fits straight on without using an adapter

I've got bigger injectors exhaust manifold port polished as well port polished inlet cleaned up the head ports. Power gasket for the inlet. I.E forged rods will have a bigger maf and 80mm tip

Dan was saying that you don't need a adapter and the 80mm pipe with fit straight on. If I dosnt for I'll buy it :) I think I'm going to r tech down in England to get a custom map.

Been waiting Ages for the turbo baz lol it's been like 2-3 weeks it was meant to Friday now Tuesday Wednesday still not here haha hope it's here tomorrow so I can get the engine back in this weekend. Thinks me being impatient because see the engine everyday nd I'm only waiting for the turbo :(
