hi i have a a 18t 20v auq engine i have a highflow cast JBS manifold to which a hybrid ko3s is attached on top of the manifold are 2 bolts one of these bolts has come loose:confused: the car has been driving ok but every now and again not boosting properly which untill now i had not looked at...

my cat is rattleing from inside been told part of the honey combe inside has come loose? its a milltek 100cell sports cat. it doesnt stop the car from running and runs fine just has an annoying rattle but only when car is stood still on idle!! do i need a new cat?? it passed mot like this...

thanks for the reply problem seems to have gone now!! think it might just have been a bit of dirty petrol in the fuel lines..

had a new walbro 255 fitted!! car runs ok but splutters now and again when when driven enthusiastically as if theres a boost leak?? but most of the time picking up and boosting fine?? any ideas??

i got standard 323 disks and drilled them my self been on there good 18months now and no cracking

the dv is what makes the loud swoosh noise it does need servicing now and again i do mine every 6 months it replaces the oem one and forge is one of the best:D

yes window regulators common problem seals go then start letting water in !! get it sorted while dry of you could be sitting in a paddleing pool soon:)

get what you pay for mate!!! they start around the 200quid mark for half decent ones, but think you should look at around 100 quid a corner for better quality and a better ride!!

if yyou want to do it properly then. i would get a diffrent manifold as standard ones are prone to cracking. JBS do a good cast one also its high flow, i would then upgrade my fuel pump and injectors, a new actuater an audi a3 is good, and a miltec turbo back system non res will 100 cell cat...
