i've got a quaife atb in my mk2 vr6 its brilliant i am really missing it in my lcr. the only thing i've noticed is that they can catch you out if your pulling out of a junction turning left or right it just catapults you exactly where the wheels are pointing its a weird feeling the first time...
your right it takes alot of resin and mat i've used 1 1/4 litres of resin and 2 packs of mat just for the first layer lol
my alpine type s 12" sub ideally needs 1.25 cubic feet so your 15" sub is going to need alot of space.
i am going to fit my amp either on the sub box or on a mdf rack...
