Fleet car wont be mapped also first gear has always been useless even when mapped, only issue i have with the PD is the floppy gearbox and first gear especially after driving old school hot hatches but the torque makes up for that even after owning a R5 GTTurbo and that was phase one chipped yet...

I've got some good cleaners but I've never used snow foam, for cost this is worth a go they also have a ebay account were it can be cheaper sometimes, i use the Radiator additives also, good direct site, like Stan laurel says cut out the middle man lol...

Seal under the pollen box needs replacing, its the same foam seal used on the inner door panels when lock is replaced, the foam on the flap is the same crumbling foam i just took that off so it don't get into the system as when the box was removed it was all at the bottom when doing the pollen...
That rubber cover that goes on top then you fit the two clips that hold it on the cowl panel I always Check that rubber side’s don’t kink left side is worst for it, also worth looking if there’s damage on it like rips ect , sounds really wet that filter I’d change it once sorted
