Surely a Bosch recon is done by Bosch hence Bosch recon, and not some honkey tonk recon.

100% Bosch I did change my plugs with no luck. Try the engine coolant temp sensor mate.

Euro car parts are fairly cheap, but make sure you ask for a genuine Bosch one.

That got changed about 6 months ago mate In pretty sure it's the MAF sensor, I recently fully serviced my car with no luck still I swapped over my MAF and it didn't do it this morning. I will see how it goes when I leave work and let you know how it is.

Nah it's not the kinda noise of something hitting its like a high pitched buzzing. I'm think maybe its the PAS pump or fpr? Because it sounds like a pressurized buzzing

See as soon as I pick up the revs it goes it's just On idle but if I let off after revving it will idle lumpy again. I did a throttle adaption a little while back it seemed tos sort it out for a while but I did it again the other dat and it hasn't worked.

I have a Leon cupra 1.8t AUQ, basically when I start up first thing in the morning or after a day at work it misfires and runs lumpy, after about a minute it's fine, I've scanned it and theres no fault codes. Any ideas??

It's not unheard of that the pds can jump teeth on the timing. However I've had it where they jump 4 teeth and no internal damage.

45s about right for a brand new one buddy. Check eBay can get them a bit cheaper occasionally.
