Ah cool i'm in St Austell. you can get a debadged grille via ebay if you want to for the Mk4 Ibiza. My grille i got a lower spec grille with the plastic surround thats easier to paint and basically took down all the chrome on the S badge with a lot of sanding

As rf860 said on the discs really, The upper grille once you remove those pins will pop out, it can be a little tricky as its still a snug fit without them. Some of the lower model ibiza Mk4's and older ones come with a grille that has the black outline, which will be much easier to paint...

K03s mate :) Debated the Idea of K04 or K03s hybrid, but to be honest its got enough go as it is, especially with the torque figure, and i want to start concentrating on looks now for 2012 :)
