Anyone ever tried a Chinese turbo on for size? do they boost properly? last long? or barely bake 8psi and go bang

Just fitted a new ecu and clocks to my Leon to fix a running issue and suddenly added 56,000 miles to my car. Need it correcting back to 100,091 lol. Can anyone in or near the South East do it?

I'll probably get slagged off for this one but here goes... Was getting the "below efficency" light so thought "feck it" and fitted a decat anyway but it only had one sensor hole anyway. Now since fitting this I don't know if I have the right sensor fitted in the hole and the other hung up...

well with a little warming 3mm will fit over 4mm, but you cant shrink 4mm down to 3mm

how much did the cover cost you?

Guess the only way of testing this is Park the car on a brick and measure the arch clearance, fit the bar and do the same and see if the body roll is reduced.

I've been looking at these and can someone please tell me the point in fitting these? The rear axle on the mk4 chassis is a solid beam, so one shock bolts the the same solid chunk of chassis as the other side, so why does bolting a metal bat to it as well help? Now a car with independent rear...

Solved it fellas..... Needed a genuine Vag crankshaft sensor..... At the cost of £105+vat trade I thought sod that, went to the breakers and got one off a Golf AUM along with a fake 007, the maf, and a front mount intercooler for the grand total of £20. Intercooler needs the map sensor boss...
