Thanks. Well I have just taken my Milltek off this week to sell it. Has been fitted for just under 2 years I think and it still looks in good condition. Little bit of surface rust around the brackets, but the welds/joins are perfect and boxes and pipes are still shiny:

Did you ever get to the bottom of this. My fl Cupra R's fuel pump has started to tick rather loud on idle. The moment you touch the throttle even lightly it stops :-S
