i did this last week, piece of piss!! i used the super cheap ebay ones and they are bang on!! perfect fit, no probs, an a very good quality for the money, the centre hub nut on myn was multi point not six sided, so i couldnt use my normal (32mm i think) socket so had to go buy a multi point...

ive had no probs with the split r , an it can be made full recirc if needed, an it has easy adjustability for whatever boost u are running, none of this changing springs rubbish!!

i use the Splt-r valve on 50/50 dump and re-circ an it sounds great, an i hav had no runnings probs!

Hi all, the benefits of an exhaust manifold are well known, but im struggling to find useful info on uprated inlet manifolds. in my case the AUQ engine, is it worth it? how much? an where do i find them? cheers.

while this would make sense on the face of things, i picked up my particular 180 for under a grand with 55k an FSSH, the equivilent cost to pick up a LCR in the same range is precious time an money im not really wanting to spend. thanks tho
