    Indicator relay clicking

Had this exact problem a few weeks a go. Try giving the indicator switch a good clean (the bit between the stalk and the steering column). I stuck some electrical contact cleaner down there, gave it a wipe and put a little wd40 in there, problem solved.

    Intermittent brake judder nightmare!

good to know the clicking noise is quite a common thing, it does only happen when im in a carpark/just reversed and gone forward again. i guess thats probably not causing the judder, so i can cross that off the list. Are you talking about the brake pipes or the pipes behind the engine near the...

    Intermittent brake judder nightmare!

None of the lights come on when the judder mysteriously appears, the judder also isn't as..severe..as when the ABS kicks in. It has been suggested before that it could be the pads. Currently its running pagid pads on all corners at the moment with OEM disks. I was thinking of DS2500's (i've...

    Intermittent brake judder nightmare!

The car ocassionally makes a sort of clicking/clunking sound on very...

    Does your car do this??

Good to know it wouldn't knacker the engine at least. might just replace the belts anyway, they're probably getting on for 8 or 9 years old now. Doesn't look that hard to take off. Could be that the compressor was damaged when the fan wasn't working I guess :|

    Does your car do this??

Thanks for the reply, The compressor actually seems to be working and throwing cold air out, just slows the car down a lot, could it just be a case of replacing the belt and all is good? Or could the whole thing going to need replacing? Also, if the belt does snap when the compressors on, could...

    Air circulation problem

Could be something died/build up in one of the intake pipes. I'm not 100% sure but I think the aircon is pumping in air from a different source which is maybe why it doesn't smell. Try locating the pipes and clean them out. Also if you're using the ac a lot, it might be condensing in the pipe...

    Does your car do this??

Hey every one. Having a slight problem with the aircon. It seems to be working fine, nice and cold with both fan speeds working and a regas a year a go. however when it's on, ever since I've had the car, it feels as if the car is being bogged down and is being held back like I left the...

Wiring Hey what's up. Just did this using the guide and set it up exactly the same with the angle brackets on the battery tray (which was rusted to **** and a massive ball ache :censored:). They are working flawlessly now!! However, got the wrong sized heatshrink. Did Manage to get it on the...

    stick or twist- thoughts!

if you keep the car another year or so, the newer shape s3's will probably drop in price in a years time since a new shape a3 has just come out.

    Rear screen wash

this happened to mine, is there any water in the boot?? could just be a simple case of reconnecting the pipes and sticking a bit of the white tape stuff around it like you do on leaky hose pipe connections.

Not too happy with Redline MT-90!

to drain it theres a plug on the bottom of it that you just unscrew, as well as a filling hole at the top. http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=241816
