I can't comment on the Leon's but in general terms I wouldn't buy a car without them in the future. They make driving at night a pleasure and much safer. If you can afford it, do it.

Ha ha. Nah, still got the Z. Don't really drive it much at the mo. In fact I took it out for a blast this afternoon......once I'd jumped it off the missus' Civic. I realised I hadn't started it for three months.
I walk to work and if the weather is good I have a ahem Astra Estate to take the...
I actually think that the 'minty **** rub' was down to me and the adventurous young lady I was seeing at the time. You could get it at Anne Summers.
Alex and Monkeyboy's rants used to have me crying.
I remember being on Cupranet chat every night and there was always...
Yeah, I believe the FSI engine whatever the size needs Super to perform well. Which can negate the cost benefit of an FSI engine which should be more economical.

I had a tussle against a 3.0 Z4 when they were new and I was in my LeonR, it was behind and I kept accelerating after getting past traffic and it would hang on to my bumper. I let him past and had a go and held on to their bumper. Nothing in it in my experience.

I went last year with the 350Z club.
We booked through Airtrack at £400 per car which included the pitch and a set of showers and toilets that always worked and were always clean. Believe me after seeing some of the minging ones in other sites I was glad.
£300 for the ferry crossing from...
Are you running it on Super Unleaded? I seem to remember reading that the FSI needed Super to get the most from it.
I could be misinformed though. ;)

I remember my LeonR snapped round when exiting a roundabout once. I had put the new Eagle F1's on the front and still had 6mm worn Pirelli's on the back. I soon went and swapped them round.
As an aside the rears on my Zed are right on the little markers now and I can get it sideways at any...
Yeah, it's to do with environmental reasons. Unburnt fuel etc. The ECU keeps the revs up. You can notice the revs rise when you push the clutch in to change gear sometimes.
Speaking for myself and not as an admin here but scumbags talk to each other. I bet there are kids at school that know about this. A rumour went around about being able break into certain vehicles using nothing but half a tennis ball when I was at school.
I just did a search on Google and...
Re: How to remove front sidelight bulb
Get some long nose pliers and yank it out. DON'T grab it by the wires cos they can just pop out.
Once you've done it, it will be easier to pull out next time.

Re: Re: Finally Available.........
I would guess it's the full deal as prc had an aftermarket Xenon conversion fitted so he's not remove that just to go back to bulbs. I wonder if we can get it done over here soon???? I love Xenons. :)
Arse, I've just thought that I wont have headlight...
Re: Finally Available.........
'kin hell, that's only about 100 quid. Any chance you can get the part numbers so I can see if the lovely chaps at Amethyst will be able to sort something?
Cheers
