Hi 8bit thanks for the reply. I did check my car and they was right my 210hp motor dose only have a 3bar fuel pressure regulator and the fuel injectors was different as well.
Didn't want too spend too much on the fuel system as im hopfully about too buy a seat sport gearbox with a recardo plate...
Signal too low was the fault code so ud expect it too be reading a low temp? Not 110 the last three vag cars I've owned had neather shown over 90 with out a fault.. Yer the sensor is only £8 but too test the flow is free
my prefrence would not be a revo as im on the under standing they lock the eprom memery after they map the ecu as they dont want any one looking at what they have adjusted to make the power. and they are a bit top end power, not a good spread off power.
if its showing 110 degrese on the dash theres a good chance the temp sensor if ok. top it up with water to tyhe corect level remove the top water hose to the coolent bottle aim it in to the top and start the engine if there is no water flow through the hose its the water pump at fault. see how...

thick white smoke on idle is normaly valve seals. due to the vacume in the inlet system is is at its most when on idle becouse the throtle is closed and the engine is still trying to suck as much air as it can get it starts sucking the oil past the seals, once the throtle is opend the vacume...
if its a 2 button key for a seat leon cupra r the part number is 1JO 959 753 ag....
1JO is a gulf part number so some golf's will share the same remote. prety suere vcds will be able to program the key too car
sound too me the window mec seal has worn and is leaking it shouldent be too expensive to get sorted. ive just had too do mine on the drivers side lol. i work in a V,A,G garrage called igs in eastleigh give us a go if. if you cant find any one too do it for cash
Hi some times you will get a problem where the oil get between the hose and the intercooler and then if you hose clip,clamp, will not stop the hose coming off. Give it a rearly good Clean with some carb,brake cleaner and then rift it with a good quality hose clamp and all should be good
