    Cone filter

Some leave the sai pipe with no filter and report no problems. All mine has, is a little pcv filter from a ford focus in the end, (small foam block, squeezed to fit) and a cable tie to keep it out the way! Or you can bypass it, but mines awkward and doesn't agree with resistors! I do advise on...

Things I have done to my LCR

A above+ a decent Turbo inlet pipe (tip) Prone to collapsing on the 210's and 225's and they restrict air flow... Mines only a 180 (standard) And I fitted an open cone filter, (£20) Forge split recirc. Valve (£150) (some advise against these) N249 bypass, (about a fiver for the vacuum hose) An...

Need some help from you lovely guys :-)

Hello, Fault codes would be a big help, as the others have said, and; do you know if the wiring has been checked an the plug for the lambda sensor (s) And as someone else also said- are they fitting Bosch sensors? Vag vehicles DON'T like cheap and cheerful ones, they would probably tolerate...

    Split pipe

Mine wasn't too bad to do, but then, I did away with all the original pipework for n249 and n112 valves, then re fitted the n112 differently, so I could stop the engine light from having a tantrum every couple of days... Made in Spain, made better in England;) 223.3hp 263.8lbft

    Split pipe

Assuming its the one I replaced, (or one of two) I can get the part numbers from work, as that's where I keep all my invoices, if I find the number for the two I fitted tomorrow, you could always get a picture of them from the part no, and compare to yours? Misfire then traction control light

Bosch are pretty good, but occasionally they fail. I heard from an auto electrician today that Mercedes maf meters (perhaps irrelevant) have a life expectancy of 3 months or less INLESS genuine parts (NOT even Bosch) though I haven't had this issue before myself tho. Made in Spain, made...

    Misfire then traction control light

On the auq, if you look at the front if the engine bay, it's on the right side o the head, with two medium size flexible plastic (NOT rubber or silicon) pipes going to it, this for sai aswell. Coils normally are worse under load than at tickover, the first symptoms sound like maf. Do you have...
