These golf R's are such weapons. I've seen figures of 0-60 in 3.7 seconds with flash remaps. A lad has got one remapped and done a 11 something 1/4 mile!

Get the hydraulic damper changed too if your model has it.

I'd recommend a custom remap on a rolling road. It will be a map more suited to your car rather then stage 1 or 2...

Type r no torque is a myth. They are ridiculously short geared and have 145 ft lbs of torque. Stock for stock, they are similar to a Cupra r 210/225 to around 70 odd after that the Cupra r pulls away nicely. How often will you be passing those speeds though! Had lots of Hondas and 2 Leon...

You should be able to hear it pal with a cone filter on it. Also go for a larger turbo intake pipe
