    Pictures were taken with the lower arm removed from the car. both sides of the drivers side bush. the lower arm and bush sit in a pocket on the subframe from underneath not alot is visible. removing the wheel and the arch liner is the only real way to get access.

    sounds like lower control arm bushes, they dryout and crack and then squeak. spraying with silicon spray will stop the noise for a while. i changed mine at 30k

    it's the waterpump / waterpump housing that's leaking. it's a common problem with this engine, the good news is you have warranty. the same problem cost me £300 to replace the housing on my 15 reg cupra 280. car is fine to drive, just top the coolant up when the warning shows

    what code reader are you using? with a basic obd2 fault code reader the codes don't always relate to the issue. obdeleven or vcds is what you need

    It very likely to be a faulty injector, its a fairly common problem. But get a compression test done to rule out other more serious problems

    On my mk2 cupra i had and a simular problem. The issues were the rubber bushes on the selctectors cables, the top nut on the selctor shaft being slightly lose and the return valve.. I repalced the bushes with 42dd bushes. Best mod i did to the mk2 tbh

    Vcds will tell you whats at fault.. proberly something simple but its worth checking fuses and any cables/connectors you have removed.
