i changed mine last year and it pulled great for about 2 weeks. now it feels sluggish. im not getting any codes but it doesnt pull like i know it can. i got the replacement from GSF when they had a discount weekend, so only paid about £30 for it. might just have to go for a premium one.

a/c refrigerant might be low or system is dry. it might need a recharge.

UPDATE: i changed the matrix on the weekend and i now have heat again. its a pain in the arse to do. i tested the old matrix and the bottom half was blocked and not get any flow of hot water. the new matrix was bought from ECP, the connections leaked, i changed the O rings but they still leaked...

i connected vcds scanned for codes and nothing, ran basic settings, then scanned for codes again, then it threw up this code 00604 - Potentiometer Positioning Motor for Air Flow Flap (G113) 30-10- Open or Short to Plus - Intermittent when it was activating this motor through the basic...

I fitted the autoleads dab aerial the other day and didn't need to connect it, that wire is to power the aerial. I bought a deh-4800 and it powers the aerial.
