Cheers for that reply priezti, my gauges have been resolded before I got the car so there wount be much poin doing it again when it didn't fix the problem in first place, so I was thinking of changing the cluster, would the new cluster have to be off a diesel ibiza, and does it matter of model...

I have the same problem which is one of many of my beeza, my clonking noise apeared after I have installed coilovers, I can't really hear the noise when am driving fast but.

Keep us updated when you get them fixed. i just had my clutch changed and now my fuel gauge isnt working well everytime i turn it goes down to zero then comes back up. and the 'Beeeeep' is driving me nuts[:@]

how much? and how do you disiable it? if i do disiable the immo is it just gonna be plug and play?

will i need to recode them for the immoboliser? or is there a way to disable it?

Right I had the immo issue but I removed the dials am fiddled about with the connection and it seams to work now, but my problem is that my rev counter doesn't work, it never did tbh, does anyone know how to fixe that problem? I had it scanned with vag com and no errors:/

its alright now, i found a brand new smf coversion kit for £180, this should keep me goin for now, if i decide to go with stage 2 al just keep the torque below the maximum or just uprate the friction plate:)

Hi there am in need of a new clutch for an ibiza tdi 130(asz) I was wandering what clutches/flywheels will fit it? Would g60 flywheel fit it, ad prefer getting smf kit you can get ones for golfs quite cheap but I don't know if they'll fit it, also would the 1.8t clutch kit fit the 1.9tdi?

Take it you need to get new led bulbs if it starts to flicker? Av noticed if you move it about it doesn't flicker as much and even stops sometimes Any ideas?

I manage to sort the speedometer randomly, i was cleaning the engine bay and I was changing the side lights, during cleaning I moved some wires and it started working for now, so it must be a lose wire :)

I tried clearing it with vag com but the light still comes on:(, I think the speedo is cause the abs sensor is dodgy according to vag-com plus it was at 0 when I put it back in, am just wandering why the mileage is not showing, also sometimes the immo comes on until I pres the plug behind...

i bought my ibiza tdi 2003 with the rev counter not working, so one day i decided to take the gauges out and check the problem out, at the end when i put the whole thing back together the speedometer shows 120mph standing still, my total mileage is not showing anything and my airbag light is on...
