Snap - started today. Suspect Apple changed their BT profile or something!?!?
Could be an issue with Apple but if not looks like we are stuck with this. Unlikely Seat will update their head unit!
I'll keep this as short and as sweet as possible.
About 2 months ago I noticed a knocking coming from the front end. Over the weekend this knocking felt like it was transferring through the chassis as I could feel it in my seat. I took the car to the dealers and the service guy sent a tech...
My motor has been with the dealer for 3 days now (rattles and the sat nav activation). I should hear today as to whether they successfully updated the system. I'll update in due course.
So i finally managed to get the dealer to make good on their salesman's promise of 3 year free sat nav updates. I got given the card for the most recent version on Thursday. The tech guy was adamant i just exchange the card and away i should go. I knew this wouldn't be the case but tried anyway...

I'll update this thread when I know what the issue is confirmed as.
So I got woke by my neighbour on Wednesday Morning telling me my windows were all down. It rained most of the night too. The car was soaked. I rang Seat direct when they opened as I've given up on Listers (whole other thread). They suggested getting the AA to come check it.
AA man arrives...
Probably right - I have the Conv pack and did nothing other than setting the length of time for them to stay on for and ensuring that the lights are set to auto. No brief light flash required.
I used an MB Pro for this and I did nothing other than save the png's onto the same USB as my music is on. I'm pretty certain i didnt have to reformat.
I never saw an option for Xenon upgrade. I've got heated headlight washers on an SE i picked up in late March.
I ordered mine in March though they tagged one immediately. As per my reply to the previous post my SE with Conv pack has headlight washers. I can't remember ever seeing a Xenon...
I really need to get into this vagcom lark. I'm a techie a have zero understanding other than its basically the OS. Anyone fancy coming (or me coming to you) whilst you plug it in and have a tinker??
