If the milltek is decatted could the ecu be recognising that there is no post cat lambda or that there is now an increase in gases and protecting the car by trying to back off? May be worth a dash light test to check that the MIL/EML Lights are working? Could be that you aren't seeing the light...

I have replaced the seals with originals which are: 3C0 145 117 (small) 3C0 145 117-F (large) Don't knowing this helps you at all when looking at sizes etc

What did the rolling road show mate?

Haha mine was like this. It's because they are so low down near the front grille. They get wet easily and end up sounding awful.

Sold it on Sunday mate, the replacement gets delivered this week/early next week :)

I keep a close eye on this car too, mine never really took off the ground where I wanted it to go, now I have a lot of free cash but my circumstances have changed so the car has to go :(. You are much further down the line, you may as well finish it off if you've got this far and have no need to...

Any fluid loss under the car? Could have a hole in the radiator?

Has it only just started doing this? My little Peugeot 106 used to do this when the weather got cold. The coil pack needed replacing. Not sure what impact that would have in terms of fault codes...
