I think the LCR stock 18" wheels are the perfect ones for that car. Personally, i would leave them as is. If you do want to change though, then i would stick with 18's.

I'd agree with him for checking those first. You'd want to find an issue like that first, otherwise its possible knackered turbo (worst case)

The Koni FSD's were designed originally to work with standard ride height springs, and no more than a 30mm drop. So they would be perfect for your set up. The harder you push them, the firmer they go. So keep the standard comfort for everyday driving.
