Did you get anywhere with this? My tolly has the same fault code, along with a couple of others and died on my the other night. Got recovered to my local garage but they can't seem to find an issue

I had something similar, turned out to be a faulty brake pedal switch which was turning the brake lights on and flattening the battery

Get someone to help you, pull the bonnet release and have someone else wiggle the bonnet up, should free itself up
