i have got the patch lead as stated about... plugged into the loom and into the black box.... as stated is never worked before in alana cd player... it just stopped one day

yes they are the correct leads yes they used to work with the old alana cd player... but then one day stopped? :shrug: i never looked into why as knew was fitting my aftermarket one... but after cabling it up still not working?? read a bit online, a module needs changing??? also...

Hello steering wheel controls on my 56 FR have stopped working i recently changed the headunit for an aftermarket one, and bought the patch lead to for the steering wheel controls, but still doesnt work... read online could be a faulty 'steering control module' does anyone know...

cd player has never been removed? bit odd that would come disconnected at the back and has in 6 years before?
