Small update, 487whp and 557nm. Maybe i can make 500whp+, looks like something is not ok after 6500rpm, maybe overboost is creating a limit or reducing power, boost and ignition are constant but the power is flat... the power must be higher until 7600rpm. I trying to fix that...
New update:
457whp and 507nm on a daily car. I did a few updates on the engine block to support this power without problems. This week im trying a 480-490whp file using a higher octane (external ethanol injection)

Small update:
1. My car is blue now :D
2. I did change my turbo for something bigger. So my current turbo is a K04 hybrid for 37 psi at sea level and 32 psi at 2600 meters above the sea
3. I'm using a custom made external ethanol + direct port injection system to use E85 fuel...
New Update!
Last saturday was a dyno day so i was testing my car with 500cc direct port injection + 500cc injector after intercooler. All this is 100% ethanol injection to increase the octane and reduce EGT.
This was the power: 399whp and 476nm (wheel power) this is maybe 469bhp and...
Update:
My car is now with more power so.... i change a few parts:
* RPM limit now is 7350rpm because big turbo wants more rpm :D
* M mode on DQ200 is 100% manual so rpm goes to 7400rpm and bounce waiting for new gear.
* Launch control 2000rpm... is impossible something higher on daily...
New update:
*Kevlar DSG clutch installed.
*Shift times return to stock, with stock clutch this times was really high to avoid slip.
*Launch control works really great, now car is faster.
*Shifting at 6800rpm 20psi is amazing, i cant feel the gearbox shifting.
Hello, small update, now car have 327whp this is 384bhp. Next step is increase rpm from 6800 to 7600rpm. I guess with 800 rpm more i can make 20 hp more. This is with E50 fuel.
Im using E100 daily, car has a lot more power but im still doing the new remap for this fuel, you can see a small test...
